Definitions

spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers – are the Gift Vouchers purchased from and/or issued by spapackages.ie a trading name of Amigo Media Limited.
Participating Partners – are the hotels and/or spas who are participating in the spapackages.ie Gift Voucher programmed (referred to as “PPs”).
Customer – is a purchaser or holder of a spapackages.ie Gift Voucher.

Acceptance

In purchasing and/or using spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers, the Customer is deemed to have confirmed that they have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

spapackages.ie’s Role

spapackages.ie’s role is limited to the sale and issue of the spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers to Customers. The Contract for the services and/or goods is between the Customer and the PP. Therefore, any queries, concerns or complaints relating to the services or goods provided should be addressed to the PPs directly.
spapackages.ie’s role does not come between the normal retailer-customer statutory relationship. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to create any relationship between Customers and spapackages.ie for the purposes of the Sale of Goods Act 1980, or any other relevant legislation.

Participating Partners

spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers can be redeemed at any of our Participating Partners (“PPs”). A full list of PPs is available from the spapackages.ie website or by contacting spapackages.ie.

The list of PPs is subject to change, and while spapackages.ie will make every reasonable effort to keep the list up to date, it is up to the Customer to ensure that the PP accepts spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers before booking an appointment.

The spapackages.ie Gift Voucher Programme

spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for full/part payment against goods and/or services at any PP. spapackages.ie Gift Voucher can only be redeemed in one single PP location. In cases where there is an unused balance on the Voucher, the PP can give a credit note or a proprietary gift voucher for the remaining balance of the spapackages.ie Gift Voucher which can then be used at a future date with that PP. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

spapackages.ie will not take any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers. Only original Gift Vouchers will be accepted and no photocopies will be accepted.

Each PP will have their own terms and conditions which cover the use of their services and goods, such as cancellation fees and/or minimum cancellation periods. It is also at the discretion of the PP as to what services and products spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers can be used against. Customers should make themselves aware of the PP’s terms surrounding the use of spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers before making an appointment, as they will be binding on the Customer.

All bookings/appointments are made between the Customer and the PP directly. spapackages.ie accepts no responsibility and will give no refunds in the event that the desired PP is unavailable on the desired dates.

Refunds

You are entitled to return a spapackages.ie Gift Voucher within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the face value of the voucher. Order postage fees cannot be refunded. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the spapackages.ie Gift Voucher and will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation and receipt of the original spapackages.ie Gift Voucher. However, after this 14 day period, spapackages.ie will be unable to refund any payments made. To request a refund please contact us at info@spapackages.ie and include the order number, voucher code, reason for refund and return your spapackages.ie Gift Voucher via registered post to spapackages.ie, 13 Upper Baggot St., 2nd Floor, Dublin 4, D04 W7K5.

Expired Gift Vouchers

PPs have the right to refuse Expired spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers presented to them as form of payment.

Expiry dates differ on spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers based on the following 2 conditions:

1. Gift Vouchers Purchased Before 2nd December 2019
   Gift Vouchers within this period are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase. Beyond this period, Gift Vouchers are considered Expired and will not be accepted by the PP. Expired Gift Vouchers that have a date of purchase that is less than 5 years before the current date, can be re-issued for a charge of €5. A re-issued voucher will be valid for 5 years from the original date of purchase and will have a new face value calculated at the original value minus €5. This re-issue charge is to cover postage, printing and administration costs and is non-negotiable. To request a re-issue of an expired voucher, please return the spapackages.ie Gift Voucher via registered post to spapackages.ie, 13 Upper Baggot St., 2nd Floor, Dublin 4, D04 W7K5. Include your name, address and contact details.
2. Gift Vouchers Purchased After 2nd December 2019
   Gift Vouchers within this period are valid for 5 years after the date of purchase.

All Gift Vouchers that have a date of purchase that is greater than 5 years before the current date are considered Void and under no circumstance can be redeemed or re-issued.

No Warranty

spapackages.ie provides no warranty for the quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of goods or services purchased from PPs.

Liability

spapackages.ie will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, injuries, costs, expenses or liability of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between a PP and the Customer or holder of the Gift Voucher.

Fraud

spapackages.ie reserves the right to cancel or decline a spapackages.ie Gift Voucher that has been purchased from anywhere other than the official spapackages.ie website. spapackages.ie will not accept responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the use or purchase of stolen, fraudulent or counterfeit spapackages.ie Gift Vouchers.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

spapackages.ie reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions without notice. The up-to-date Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, spapackages.ie.

Delivery Services

Standard Delivery orders placed before 3.30pm on a working day are expected to arrive within 1-3 working days. Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 3.30pm on a working day to ensure next working day delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday and Bank or Public Holidays. Delivery times quoted are only applicable to deliveries made within the Republic of Ireland.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
